Come join us for a small, socially distanced, puppy class in the Inner Richmond in San Francisco

While we are in shelter in place, it is a perfect time to bring a puppy into your home, but we also understand it is a challenge to socialize your puppy safely during their critical development stages.



About





Nicole Corson is a Certified Pet Dog Trainer, a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers and has a Certificate in Training and Counseling from the San Francisco SPCA Academy for Dog Trainers. Nicole has been working with dogs professionally since 2002 and has worked with thousands of puppies and their families. She started her career as a volunteer at the San Francisco SPCA and experienced first hand the amazing results of positive reinforcment training with all of the shelter dogs residing at the SPCA.

Nicole ran a successful dog training center and boutique in Salt Lake City - Calling All Dogs. Calling All Dogs is a premier dog training center recommended by veterinarians throughout the state.

In 2015, Nicole and her family returned to the Bay Area, and in her extra time, returned to the SF/ SPCA to teach dog training classes. She is currently doing very small classes in San Francisco.

Nicole uses multiple positive reinforcement training techniques to accomplish your goals, including luring/prompting, shaping and capturing. Her passion in dog training is working with puppies and their humans to get everyone started on the right paw for a happy life together.



Puppy classes





Puppy Kindergarten



Includes puppy play time to teach socialization, puppy handling and some basic obedience commands using positive reinforcement. Class focus is on socialization, puppy biting, jumping, puppy manners and playtime.


Class is limited to 4 puppies and their families.

Class pre-requisites: Puppies must be less than 16 weeks at start of class and have had their first 2 DHLPP vaccinations.


Class is 75 minutes and runs 4 weeks + Mandatory Zoom Orientation

$200.00 per puppy

wonder pups



For all puppies that have graduated from Puppy Kindergarten and would like to work on basic manners, puppy play time and further socialization. This class incorporates all Basic Manners.

Puppy 2 is by invitation only for dogs who have graduated from Puppy Kindergarten.



Class is 75 minutes, meets once a week - 4 weeks.

$250 per puppy



einstein pups



This class is for friendly puppies that have completed Wonder Pups and will focus on teaching your puppy to be city savvy.

We continue working on focus with distractions, leash walking with your puppy, recalls with loads of distractions and teaching your dog a "cafe" stay while other dogs and people are moving around.


*Prerequisites: Wonder Pups class or instructor approval.

Class is 1 hour for 5 weeks

$300 per puppy



Classes During Shelter in place



Class while we are in Shelter in Place will be held outdoors, but in an area that is safe for puppies and their humans. For the safety of all of our puppies in class, puppies that are signed up for Puppy Kindergarten class are asked to not interact at dog parks while participating in puppy classes through Wag This Way.

To keep our humans safe, masks must be worn entering, exiting and during class. We want to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable to participate in class and will set up class so there will be social distancing as well.
